Vendor Information
We would like to invite you to be a part of the annual Lynchburg Women’s Show that will put you face to face with thousands of area women. The show will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 10am until 4pm at the Tolsma Indoor Track on the campus of Liberty University.
The Lynchburg Women’s Show will feature vendors in the following categories:
• Arts & Crafts
• Beauty & Cosmetics
• Business & Education
• Children
• Cooking & Food
• Fashion & Accessories
• Gifts
• Home Decor & Accessories
• Home Improvement & Remodeling
• Jewelry
• Lifestyle
• Media
• Travel & Leisure
Throughout the day there will be authors and book signings, speakers and demonstrations on various topics including: makeovers, gourmet food, home decor, health and fitness and much more! Not to mention the fabulous door prizes that will be given away.
The show will attract women, ages 25-65, with the majority being married, highly educated and have dual income households. Studies show that women make 80% of the family’s purchasing decisions. This show will give you the chance to demonstrate, sample, and sell your products and services, develop quality sales leads, increase your brand recognition and exposure and drive traffic to your business.
There are two vendor locations to choose from:
• Standard Vendor Space - $275
• VIP Space - $400
Each vendor will receive an approximate 10′x10′ area with one 8′ table, tablecloth, table skirt and two chairs. This space is yours and can be decorated or utilized as you see fit. As a vendor you will also be allowed to sell or demonstrate your product at your space. We will do extensive advertising for this event which will consist of local medias, including: newspaper, magazine, billboard, television, radio and internet.
There are currently 78 vendor spaces and 22 VIP spaces. These VIP spaces are in a prime location, electrical provided and are available on a first come, first serve basis. The regular vendor spaces are in the center of the venue and electricity is not provided.
The deadline for space reservation is December 31, 2010 with payment due by January, 31, 2011.
Vendors will be allowed to choose their space when payment is received.
This show is non-refundable if you are unable to attend.
